What is Valet Trash?
A premier door-to-door waste and recycling service that collects tenant's trash from their doorstep and disposes of the trash at the onsite dumpster or compactor.
How It Works

Step #1
Residents will bag and tie their trash and place it into the provided Noble trash container. Residents should not place lose items in the bin. Only bagged trash.

Step #2
Residents shall place their bins outside of their doors between the hours of 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM on the scheduled service days.

Step #3
The trash collection will begin at 8:00 PM. After removing the resident’s trash, the uniformed waste collector will check the trash container for bag leaks and the hallway for spills.

Step #4
Residents retrieve their trash containers by 9:00 AM the next morning and the place them back inside their residence.
